Last weekend, Nordwand Law LLC was represented at the CAS Conference 2024 by managing attorney Sridar Paramalingam.
The event was exceptionally well attended with high ranking Sports Law professionals from all continents.
Many topics were adressed during the conference such as gender diversity in professional sports, mediation as an alternative to classical arbitration, the creation of an ombudsman as an initial step for athletes to receive guidance on doping matters, newest developments in football and eSports.
